California Legacy Well Services has partnered with labor and community to launch a High Road Training Partnership program funded by the California Workforce Development Board, with support from the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency.

The program will help provide the skilled and trained workforce needed to reduce the environmental and public health risks of idle and orphaned wells and create quality jobs for displaced oil and gas workers and other workers from disadvantaged communities, while generating environmental benefits and reducing methane and other greenhouse gas emissions.
